Student Welfare Scheme

  • LABORATORY

College already has well developed equipped laboratory. with all modern facilities and apparatus as per the syllabus for Botany, Physics, Chemistry.

  • LIBRARY :

Advance Library having compilation of more than 2500 Books pertaining not only to on-going syllabus of students but also covering each and every aspect of studies, current affairs, preparation for competitive exams and relevant reference books and journals.

  • COUNSELING CELL :

It has been observed that some of the students have personal problems, causing stress and strain. The college has set up a counseling cell to help such students to cope with these problems on every Friday at 11.00 a.m. to 1.00.p.m. The college intends to make arrangements with professional counselors for solving the various problems relating to stress, depression, etc. Please contact Principal in this regard.

  • GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME :

Group insurance scheme for students is being introduced from first year of college 2009-10 the risk covered would include death, loss of limbs total or partial / permanent disablement etc. for particular academic year only.

  • SPORT FACILITY :

The College offers facilities in a number of sports activities. Among the outdoor games the college offers facilities like football, handball, cricket, kabaddi, kho-kho, badminton, etc. In the indoor games, chess, carom, etc., are provided. The college has well developed grounds for outdoor games.

  • STUDENTS COUNCIL :

The Council organizes all cultural programmes in the college under the ‘SEARCH OF UMANG.’ The student council functions according to the University status.

  • NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEMES :

This activity is only for degree college students. The main aim of N.S.S. is to create social awareness among the students. The activities like tree plantation, blood donation camp, helping police authorities during Ganesh festival, educating the people in the neighboring rural areas, etc., are conducted throughout the year. Those students who satisfactorily complete 120 hours work are eligible to get 10 marks at college / university examination under 0.229 A.

  • DEPARTMENT OF LIFELONG LEARNING AND EXTENSION WORK :

This activity is only for degree college students. The main aim of DLLE is to create social research and awareness among the students. Those students who satisfactorily complete 120 hours work are eligible to get 10 marks at college / university examination under 0.229 A.

  • GUEST LECTURES :

Eminent Lecturers from different colleges and different fields are called upon to give lectures on various topics to our students. The main aim behind such a guest lectures are to upgrade our student’s knowledge and update them with the current technological trend.

  • COLLEGE MAGAZINE :

The College will be publishes the creative writing of the young talents this year. Students are encouraged to express themselves on general topics. The magazine has been named as विश्वरत्न. This magazine exhibits the talent of our college students in front of others. Even the latest events are included in this magazine. The entire setup of the magazine right from the designing part to preparation and compilation of all the articles are done by the members of Lokvikas Samajik Sanstha’s family.

  • CULTURAL ATTRACTION :

The cultural activities are held to promote the interests of students at Inter & Intra – Collegiate levels.

  • FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE :-

The Scheme provides financial assistance to truly poor, needy and deserving students of our College, assistance by Various NGO’s is also provided to needy & poor students in the form of Scholarships.
